For over 35 years, Crab Palace has been serving live or freshly steamed hard blue crabs directly imported from the bays of Maryland (the hard blue crab capital of America). Crab Palace started out in the late 60's with selling live seafood (fishes and crabs). By the end of the 80's it started concentrating more on its shellfish line and added several steam - cabinets to further process its shellfish items with its signature seasoning.
Our main goal is simple, to provide quality seafood. We did that by implementing quality control measures which starts from sourcing out the quality of the crabs based on demographics, to the sanitation of the boats of the crabbers, to the loading docks where the crabs are loaded into the refrigerated trucks, and finally to the handling, storing, and processing of the crabs.
Crab Palace has always been and is still is one of New Jersey's finest seafood store specializing on blue crabs and a wide variety of shellfish including Snow Crab clusters, Dungeness Crab clusters, King Crab legs, shrimp, clams (little necks, mussels, scallops), and lobster tails. Serving fresh quality crabs daily, straight from the docks of Maryland.
